End User Licence Agreement (EULA)
This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails: https://dablin.app/fr/eula/
Effective from October 19, 2026.
This agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between AMORTI, SASU, registered office 4 allée du Trécou, 06270 Villeneuve-Loubet, France, SIREN 103 211 942 (the “Publisher”, “we”), and you, the user of the Blin software for macOS (the “Software”). It is the Supplier Agreement referred to in Paddle’s purchase terms. By installing, activating or using the Software, you accept the Agreement.
1. The Software
Blin automatically fixes the keyboard layout between English (US) and Russian, and converts a word or a selection with a shortcut. Operation with other layouts, including AZERTY, is not guaranteed. The Software’s interface is available in English and Russian. The Software requires macOS 13 Ventura or later and the macOS “Accessibility” permission.
2. Free trial
You may use all features free of charge for 14 days, without a payment method. The trial is activated online and is offered once per Mac. When the trial ends, without a licence, automatic correction is turned off; conversion by shortcut remains available. No payment is ever triggered automatically at the end of the trial.
3. Licence
3.1. In return for payment of the price, we grant you a non-exclusive, personal and perpetual licence to use the Software on up to 3 Macs at a time that you use. You can remove a Mac from the “Licence” window to activate another.
3.2. Covered versions. The licence covers, without time limit, all versions of the Software released during your updates period. The release date of each version is shown at https://dablin.app/en/releases/.
3.3. Updates period. It lasts one year from purchase and is extended by one year at each renewal (section 4). A version released after your updates period ends works without automatic correction (conversion by shortcut remains available); you can reinstall the latest covered version from the releases page at any time.
3.4. What is never taken away: stopping renewal does not deactivate covered versions. Only a refund or a payment dispute (chargeback) cancels the rights acquired with the payment concerned: for the initial purchase, the licence is suspended; for a renewal, the updates period reverts to its previous date (see the Refund Policy).
3.5. You may not: circumvent the licensing mechanism; distribute, rent or share your key; decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent permitted by law, in particular Article L122-6-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code. A licence may be transferred to a third party on request to [email protected].
3.6. The Software, its name and trademarks remain the property of the Publisher. Third-party components are governed by their own licences, listed in the “About” window.
4. Updates subscription: price, automatic renewal, cancellation
4.1. Price. The purchase and each annual renewal cost USD 15 per year, or the equivalent shown in your local currency by Paddle at checkout, all taxes included. The applicable price is the one shown before you pay.
4.2. Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically for one year on each anniversary date, at the current price, and is charged by Paddle to the payment method used at purchase. Any price change will be notified to you by email at least 30 days before the renewal concerned; you may then cancel free of charge.
4.3. Pre-renewal reminder. We send you a dedicated email, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the cancellation deadline, informing you that you may choose not to renew, with that deadline highlighted in a box. If this information was not sent to you in this way, you may end the subscription free of charge at any time from the renewal date; amounts paid for the period after cancellation are then refunded within thirty days.
4.4. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time, free of charge and without giving reasons: via the “Cancel your subscription” link on https://dablin.app/en/pricing/, via the subscription management link in every Paddle receipt, or at https://paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no renewal is charged and you keep the licence for covered versions. A confirmation is sent to you by email.
5. Right of withdrawal
5.1. As a consumer in the European Union, you in principle have 14 days from purchase to withdraw.
5.2. The Software is digital content supplied without a tangible medium. Under Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, you lose this right if, at checkout, you expressly asked for the licence key to be supplied immediately and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and performance has begun (the key has been displayed or sent). Paddle collects this consent at checkout; a confirmation is sent to you on a durable medium in the email containing your key.
5.3. Regardless of the above, our Refund Policy (https://dablin.app/en/refund/) lets you obtain a refund on the terms it sets out.
6. Personal data and no telemetry
The Software never transmits the text you type and has no telemetry: no usage statistics, no crash reports, no analytics. The only network connections are update checks and licence management, described in the Privacy Policy (https://dablin.app/en/privacy/). Any change in this respect would be optional, enabled only by you, and announced in advance in the release notes.
7. Legal guarantees and liability
7.1. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (Articles L224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and from any other mandatory legal guarantees. Nothing in the Agreement limits them.
7.2. If you are a consumer, our liability is governed by general law; no clause of the Agreement reduces your right to compensation. If you use the Software for business purposes, our liability is limited, except for gross negligence or wilful misconduct and personal injury, to direct and foreseeable damage, up to the amount paid in the last twelve months.
7.3. The Software changes the text you type. Proofread important texts (passwords, code, commands); the Software does not act in macOS secure input fields and can be turned off for a given app.
8. Termination
In the event of a serious breach of the Agreement (in particular sharing or reselling keys, circumventing the licence), we may deactivate the licence concerned after a formal notice that has remained without effect for 15 days.
9. Changes
We may amend the Agreement for the future. Material changes are notified to you by email at least 30 days before they take effect; they do not apply to versions already covered by your licence or to the current period.
10. Governing law, disputes
The Agreement is governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. If there is a problem, first contact [email protected]. Blin is not on sale yet. The details of the consumer mediator we belong to (Articles L. 612-1 and L. 616-1 of the French Consumer Code) will be published here before sales open. Failing agreement, the courts with jurisdiction are those designated by law.
